Easily book an appointment by clicking the plus button on the bottom navigation bar. You can upload images, audio, and pick multiple available time slots for the appointment. Then, either send it to your preferred handyman or keep it open.
Appointments will be made available to the relevant handyman or the marketplace, providing the handyman with the flexibility to accept or decline the appointment by choosing a suitable timeslot.
Your repair will be completed as scheduled, and you'll receive real-time updates on the handyman's arrival and job completion for transparency. The handyman can track jobs through the calendar with real-time updates and reminders.
Handy man will resolve the job when finished.
Upon job completion, user could provide a rating and offer feedback on the overall performance of the handyman. In the event that the repair does not meet the expected standard, user can reopen the job with the same handyman for a follow-up fix.
Handy man will receive rating at the end of each job.
